Mommy and Me Maternity ~ Seattle, Washington

This Mommy and Me maternity session was so beautiful I had to split it into two blog posts. Truth is…this session was intended to be Pete’s 2 year photos! Which we also captured beautifully.  However, his gorgeous Mama was glowing with her beautiful baby bump and seeing as she is due in just a couple of week, we thought we would sneak it in. She recently commented about how she loves my golden hour work and we happened to luck out with a 70 degree April afternoon.

It was so fun to see Pete and Carly. It seems like just yesterday I was shooting her maternity pictures when she was pregnant with Pete. I’m certain his first year shoot couldn’t be an entire year ago!

I loved the way the floral pattern of her dress wrapped around her growing belly and the golden yellow of her spring sweater brought her look together. I also adored how Pete was dressed like such a little man in his denim and white. He loves his mama and it shows. I’m so excited to capture more Mommy and Me’s this spring.
