Each summer Discovery Park transforms into one of Seattle's most beautiful photo locations. Sweet peas weave through fields of golden grass, creating a dreamy, backdrop that looks like something out of a storybook. As the sun sets, golden light wraps everything in a soft glow, making this one of my absolute favorite locations of the season for families, seniors, couples, maternity, and children.
These blooms are incredibly fleeting. The sweet peas are typically mowed later in the summer, so this beautiful landscape only exists for a short window each year. I've opened a very limited number of 25-minute Golden Hour Sweet Pea Sessions for next week. Each session is $399 and includes 10 professionally edited digital images, with the option to purchase more from your gallery. How Mini Sessions Work
You'll receive your proofing gallery within 3 weeks of your session. From there, you can choose your 15 favorite images, or purchase the full gallery for $99.
HOW LONG AFTER OUR SESSION WILL WE RECEIVE OUR GALLERY?
Minis are short and sweet, typically designed for one outfit. Due to the limited time frame, outfit changes aren't usually feasible within a mini session. If you're hoping for multiple looks, a full session would be a better option.
CAN I PLAN FOR MULTIPLE OUTFITS?
Mini sessions offer a shorter, more budget-friendly option for capturing professional photos. They're ideal for quick updates, like annual family photos, milestone birthdays, or senior portraits.
WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE A MINI INSTEAD OF FULL SESSION?
Mini sessions are great for a quick family photo update, childhood milestone, or quick senior photos. Due to the shorter timeframe, they are typically best suited for immediate family members (parents & children). Pups always welcome!
CAN I BRING MY KIDS/DOGS/EXTENDED FAMILY?
Yes! One of the best parts about Mukilteo Lighthouse is how much variety is packed into one location. In a short walk, we can move from the lighthouse and historic grounds to beach paths.
Will we get a variety of backdrops during a short mini session?
The classic white lighthouse, historic charm, and coastal setting create a timeless Pacific Northwest backdrop that feels both elegant and authentic.
